Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for all clients. By booking a session, submitting payment, or participating in any service offered by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment Requirements
All sessions must be booked in advance through our approved booking process. Deposits, full payments, or payment plan installments must be submitted at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time. Sessions will not be held without the required payment.

2. Deposits & Payment Plans
All deposits and all payments made under payment plans are non-refundable. Submitting a payment signifies that you understand this condition. No exceptions will be made regarding refund requests, regardless of reason.

3. Mini Session Requirements
Mini sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. These sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we cancel or reschedule on our end. Mini sessions cannot be used as credit toward another type of session.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for their scheduled session.

  • Ensuring all participants are prepared, dressed, and ready at their scheduled time.

  • Communicating any concerns or questions prior to the session.
    Failure to arrive on time may result in shortened session time or cancellation without refund.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations by the Client
If a client cancels or requests to reschedule a session, payments already made (including deposits and partial payments) remain non-refundable. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is based solely on availability.

6. Cancellations by the Photographer/Business
If we must cancel or reschedule your session due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new date. All payments will transfer to the rescheduled session. While payments are not refundable, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date that works with your schedule.

7. Weather Conditions
In cases of unsafe or unsuitable weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your session for the safety and quality of the outcome. Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for refunds.

8. Image Delivery Timeline
Edited images will be delivered within the time frame specified at booking unless delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Sneak peeks may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

9. Editing & Image Rights
All images are edited according to our professional style. Requests for additional editing beyond what is normally provided may incur additional charges.
We retain the copyright to all images and may use them for marketing, portfolio display, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Client Usage
Clients receive personal-use rights to their photos. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Conduct & Cooperation
We reserve the right to discontinue a session if a client becomes uncooperative, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk. No refunds will be issued for sessions ended due to misconduct.

12. Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries that occur during a session

  • Damage to personal belongings

  • Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, client behavior, location restrictions, etc.)

13. Agreement
By booking a session, paying a deposit, paying in full, or participating in any service, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above as well as our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms ensure fairness, clarity, and a positive experience for all clients.
