Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with us. We value your business and strive to provide the best service and experience possible. In order to maintain a fair and consistent schedule for all clients, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy is in place. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below.

1. Deposits (Retainers)
All deposits made to secure your appointment are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are required to hold your scheduled date and time, and they ensure that we set aside that time specifically for you. Once a deposit is submitted, it cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or applied toward any other service unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Plans
If you choose to book using a payment plan, please understand that all payments made toward your balance are non-refundable. This includes partial payments, scheduled installments, and any early or additional payments made voluntarily. Payment plan arrangements are offered as a convenience to clients; however, once a payment is made, it is final and will not be refunded for any reason.

3. Mini Sessions
All mini sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Because these sessions are offered at special pricing and limited availability, mini session payments are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions will be made. Mini sessions also cannot be transferred to a different date or used for any other type of session unless we specifically cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations by the Client
If you choose to cancel or reschedule your session, please be aware that:

  • Your deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Any payments made (full or partial) remain non-refundable.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations by Us (The Business)
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work directly with you to find a new date that fits your schedule. Your payment and deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment. While payments remain non-refundable, we will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate you if the cancellation is on our end.

6. Understanding & Agreement
By booking with us, submitting a deposit, paying in full, or entering into a payment plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. These policies are in place to protect both the client and our business as we dedicate time, preparation, and resources to every appointment.

We appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation. Our goal is to always provide the best experience possible, and these policies allow us to keep our scheduling organized, fair, and consistent for everyone. Thank you for supporting our work and trusting us with your session.
